HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Subject to our General Policy below, your item must be in its original, unused condition, unless subject to a manufacturer defect. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, you must request a return of the item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Receiving your RMN1. Please email email@example.com and select your country. Please quote the account number provided in the RMN email.
2. Sign four copies of the returns proforma invoice that you received with your order.
3. Leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents.
Once we receive the return, you will be notified by email. Mail your returned item to:

General PolicyD-SATA wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we will accept refunds (less shipping) within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of your order.
Please note that all customized orders and final sales items will not be exchanged or refunded, and will only be subject to exchange for manufacturing defects, as outlined below.
Manufacturing DefectsAlthough we screen every order shipped, there are instances in which products may be subject to manufacturing defects and we endeavor to exchange such products only (no refund), so long as they are returned within six (6) months of your receipt of your order. (Note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. In such instances, we will attempt to repair the item and you will be responsible for all costs involved, though we of course, will use best efforts to minimize any such costs.)
Condition on ReturnWith the exception of products subject to manufacturing defects, all items must be returned new, unused, and with all D-SATA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All packaging, including dust bags and other tags must be included with your return.
Late ReturnsIf a request for return is made outside of the relevant time limits, refunds or exchanges will be at the discretion of D-SATA.
Color VariancesOur photographer(s) and technical team has made substantial efforts to ensure that the actual color of our products is accurately reflected on our website. However, due to differences in individual monitor displays, we are not responsible for any unexpected color variances.
